Prayer & Praise

~ The funeral for Olga Enns, took place on Saturday, November 5 at the Christian Faith Church in Winkler.  She is the first of five sisters of Elma Kehler to pass away.  We trust that the family will find strength and comfort through the presence of God’s Holy Spirit and the company of fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

~ We are grateful for the opportunities of gaining an education.  We are thankful for dedicated teachers and pray that students of all ages will embrace the challenges of their studies as well as find the patience needed when new learnings don’t come easily.  We pray for Tenley Falk, whose studies are often interrupted by medical appointments or by days when she is not feeling well.  May you, and your family, experience the necessary energy which God supplies for each of our days.  Updates can be found at: http://www.tenleysjourney.wordpress.com

Prayer for the Week:

Great and merciful God, Your life is the source of the whole worlds’ life; Your mercy is our only hope, Your eyes watch over all Your creatures; You know the secrets of our hearts.  By Your life-giving Spirit, draw us into Your presence, that we may worship in the true life of Your Spirit, with lives moved by Your love, through Him who has led us to Your heart of love, even Jesus the Christ, our Lord.  Amen
